Translucent or just not?

To make that choice, first take a look at your kitchen. Do you have cupboards or open wall shelves? Many dry foods need to be stored in a cool and dark place according to their packaging, in which case a translucent stockpot is only an option if it can be kept in the cupboard. So take a good look at what you want to put in it and where you want to store it.

And don't like diving into the cupboard for your morning coffee. Then opt for a storage pot that can steal the show on your kitchen counter.

Make the most of the space

If your kitchen suffers from some lack of space, storage jars are the ideal solution. All those containers are often difficult to stack and then you get chaotic kitchen cupboards. You know the situation: you open the cupboard and three packs of biscuits fall out. Also inconvenient if you are desperate for couscous and it turns out to be somewhere at the back under a pile of pasta. With storage jars, you can solve that problem easily.

If you choose a stackable design, you can easily use all the space. And if the jars are translucent, you have the jackpot all to yourself. So handy when you can just see that couscous standing there. And ok, it still has to come out, but you are also 100% sure you will get everything back into the cupboard.
