Products that are in stock and ordered before 2.50 PM (CET), will normally be shipped no later than the next working day. Consequently you will receive the order within 2 to 4 working days. This term depends on your location. Check the average DPD lead time lower on this page for your estimated delivery time.
If you order products that are not in stock, we will order them from our supplier. Hence the delivery time will be a bit longer. The delivery time depends on the brand. In the table below you can find an overview of the average delivery times of our suppliers and manufacturers. If some articles of your order are out of stock while others are in stock, the order will only be shipped once all items are present in our warehouse. All items are shipped together.
Attention: These are average lead times. When the supplier or manufacturer runs out of stock or has to deal with production delays, these average delivery times may not be met. You can follow the status of your order online in your account.
In spite of the rising diesel and gasoline prices, we aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Orders with a purchase value of € 100 and higher are shipped free to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and Monaco. For shipments to the UK delivery is free from a purchase value of £ 500.
Professional customers enjoy free shipping on purchases with a value of € 300 or higher. This only applies for deliveries in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg. For all other countries shipping costs will be calculated based on the order's volume afterwards.

Please note, in case of deliveries outside the EU, you will always be charged import duties or taxes. Import duties and taxes shall always be borne by the customer.

For countries marked with (*), a surcharge based on dimensions and weight of the shipment may apply for deliveries to remote areas, such as islands. Our customer service department will notify you if this applies to your order.
Our shipments are carried out by our reliable partner DPD. All shipments are insured. The lead time depends on the country to which you are shipping. On the map below you can find the average DPD lead times per country.
Because of Brexit and the logistic changes that come with it, deliveries to the United Kingdom might take longer than indicated on the map below.
The majority of our shipments are carried out by DPD. With us you are guaranteed of your shipment, you can rest assured that you will always receive your ordered products in new condition and undamaged. When damages occur during shipment, we will provide you with a replacing article.
For our shipments outside of Europe, we always choose air transport to ensure a quick delivery.
In addition, we always ship with the fast UPS express service for shipments outside of the European Union (excluding Norway and Switzerland), without charging additional costs. The express service normally stands for a delivery within 4 working days after shipment.
DPD only delivers on business days and not on weekends and holidays.
We will always inform you of our delivery day by text message or email. We even tell you the name of the DPD driver, as well as the position in their delivery queue.
